Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading financial services firm to appoint an HR Governance & Compliance Manager to join its Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR team, supporting governance, regulatory, and risk management initiatives while ensuring robust HR controls and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR governance and compliance activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and HR standards.

The role will combine business-as-usual governance responsibilities with project-based initiatives, including policy reviews, control enhancements, process improvements, and HR-related regulatory implementation work.

Reporting to the Head of HR Services, this individual will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and business stakeholders. The role will involve managing HR governance frameworks, supporting internal and external audits, coordinating regulatory reporting, conducting risk assessments, and driving remediation efforts where required.

The position will also play a key role in HR transformation and implementation projects, supporting the rollout of new HR policies, processes, systems, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistency in HR practices.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with experience in HR governance, compliance, risk management, or HR operations within the financial services sector. Exposure to regulatory environments, audit processes, and HR projects would be highly advantageous.

Strong stakeholder management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments will be critical to success in this role.
