Join Our Growing MNC as an Assistant HR Manager!

📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio (AMK)

🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Friday

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💰 Earn up to $6,000

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (50% of KPI – Highest Priority)

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational/frontline positions and occasional back-office roles.
• Drive direct sourcing and internal recruitment strategies to reduce agency reliance.
• Support manpower planning while balancing hiring budgets and business needs.

HR Operations & Payroll

• Manage daily HR operations independently.
• Oversee payroll processes (outsourced vendor) and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Handle compensation administration.
• Manage work pass quotas and ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and HR policies.

Employee Relations

• Manage employee relations for a predominantly young frontline workforce.
• Handle disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and high staff turnover.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Strong experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Recent hands-on payroll experience
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
• Commercial mindset with strong manpower planning and budgeting skills.
• Service-oriented HR professional with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
