About the Role

This is a fantastic Senior Receptionist opportunity, providing front-of-house and administrative support within a busy and professional office environment. Working closely with the wider Workplace and Administration team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

• Meeting and greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact for the business.
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to a high standard.
• Providing administrative support to the wider business.
• Assisting with expenses and other ad hoc administration.
• Supporting the coordination of internal and client events as required.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless office operations.

Candidate Specification

• Previous front-of-house, reception, guest services or customer-facing experience.
• Exceptional client service skills and a professional, welcoming approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to support across a variety of tasks.
• Experience within a corporate environment is advantageous, but not essential.

Additional Information

• Temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start.
• Salary up to £50k plus benefits upon successful completion of the temporary period.
• Fully office-based role.
• Shifts are 8 hours between 7:45am and 5:30pm (set hours, depending on team requirements).
