Host Leader - Reception Supervisor

We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused Host Leader to help drive smooth, high-energy front-of-house operations at Point A Hotel London Kings Cross.

You’ll be right at the heart of the action: leading by example on reception, keeping shifts running efficiently, resolving guest queries with confidence, and making sure service standards stay sharp from start to finish.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll support daily shift planning, keep procedures on track, and guide the team through busy moments so every guest gets a consistently great Point A experience.
