About the Role

As a Sales Executive – Dealer Network Development, you will play a key role in expanding our dealer network by identifying, evaluating, and appointing qualified sub-dealers across the UAE. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel, market research, commercial negotiations, and strong relationship management to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new dealer opportunities across all Emirates.
• Conduct market mapping and feasibility studies to uncover growth potential.
• Evaluate prospective dealer partners based on business capability and market presence.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the dealer appointment process.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing dealer partners.
• Support dealer onboarding, showroom readiness, branding, and training.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and business development updates.
• Assist dealers in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealer development, or business development.
• Proven experience in developing dealer or distributor networks is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market.
• Experience with passenger and commercial vehicle brands is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent analytical skills.
• Confident in market research, presentations, and business analysis.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willing to travel extensively across the UAE.
