Opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Change Lead to support a major organisational transformation programme within a high-profile public sector organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering internal communications strategies that support organisational change and business transformation and people and culture change programmes.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead internal communications activity for organisational change programmes.
- Develop and deliver insight-led, multi-channel internal communications campaigns.
- Create strategic communications plans and engaging content for colleagues.
- Translate complex and confidential information into clear, compelling messages.
- Advise senior leaders on colleague engagement and change communications.
- Manage internal communications projects from planning through to evaluation.
- Utilise the Government Communications Service (GCS) OASIS framework to plan and measure activity.
- Drive engagement across diverse and dispersed teams, including hard-to-reach audiences.
- Work collaboratively with HR, staff networks and business leaders to ensure communications are accurate, inclusive and impactful.
- Use insights and evaluation to continuously improve communications effectiveness.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below:
- Internal communications or change communications professional with a strong track record of supporting large-scale organisational change.
- Experience designing and delivering strategic communication campaigns with significant organisational change communications experience.
- Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into effective communications strategies and content.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders.
- Experience working across multiple teams and functions to deliver outcomes.
- Creative, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience within government, public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with the Government Communication Service competency framework.
- Experience using the OASIS planning and evaluation framework.
