🚨 We're Hiring: Head of Compliance & Assurance (Group)

ITSEC & SecureVisa Group (SVG) | Dubai, UAE | On-site | Full-time

After years of building our compliance and assurance function, we're opening the leadership seat at the top of it. This is one of the most important hires we'll make this year.

ITSEC and SVG operate across cybersecurity, compliance engineering, and UAE regulatory licensing. This role leads compliance and assurance across both businesses and owns the quality and accuracy of every regulatory deliverable we produce.

This is not a generalist compliance role. We're looking for someone who works directly from rulebooks, writes to regulatory filing standards, and believes in "verify before you assert."

You'll lead across

🔹 Financial Services & Virtual Asset Licensing (80%) – VARA, SCA/CMA, ADGM (FSRA), DFSA & CBUAE, including VASP policy packs, AML/CFT/CPF programmes, KYC/CDD, client agreements, risk disclosures, and end-to-end licensing submissions.

🔹 Healthcare & Data Protection – DHA (ST-14), ADHICS V2, UAE PDPL & DESC compliance, including policy development, regulatory gap assessments, and control mapping.

🔹 Internal Assurance – ISO/IEC 27001:2022 risk assessments, internal audits, evidence management, and certification readiness.

We're looking for

✔️ 3–7+ years in regulatory compliance, financial services, virtual assets, or regulatory advisory

✔️ Proven experience authoring policies, manuals, or regulatory submissions

✔️ Strong AML/CFT and FATF knowledge with UAE regulatory experience

✔️ ISO 27001 and/or UAE healthcare/data protection experience is highly desirable

✔️ Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CISI, CGSS, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a strong advantage

You'll report directly to me and help shape compliance standards across both organisations.
