• Treat every customer politely and promptly during order taking
• In charge of opening or closing the outlet
• Prepare tea leaves, boba pearls, and toppings according to SOPRefill syrup packaging and toppings when needed
• Prepare and hand out food orders to customers and drivers
• Handle proportioning of food supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment
