We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for one of our banking clients who will focus on Liquidity Risk Management.

This is a 100% workload contract (12 months with possible extension, immediate start).

In this role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of a Liquidity Risk Management programme across Asia, helping to strengthen internal liquidity controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, and IT to gather and translate complex requirements into effective solutions.

You will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget (> CHF 1m), and quality standards are met while following strict governance and regulatory frameworks.

Acting as the main point of contact, you will manage stakeholders across regions, deliver clear reporting, steer executive discussions, and ensure smooth collaboration across global teams and vendors.

You will also oversee project finances, resource planning, and risk management, using tools such as Jira and Confluence in an agile setup.

This position requires a hands-on project leader with experience in large-scale IT programmes within financial services, ideally with exposure to liquidity risk, treasury operations, or regulatory reporting.A recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar), strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, global environments are essential.
