Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energies (M/F)Location: Lausanne ,SwitzerlandMain duties and responsibilitiesComprehensive project management: Ensuring the end-to-end implementation of renewable energy projects and their integration into the grid, optimizing resources and guaranteeing the highest quality standards.

Photovoltaics (PV) & Infrastructures: Supporting the planning and design of photovoltaic installations, with a particular focus on infrastructure-integrated PV.Wind & Systems: Developing system solutions and suitable infrastructure for wind farms.

Microgrids & Self-consumption: Managing the implementation of smart grids (microgrids) and connection communities for self-consumption (RCP / CEL).

Electrical networks: Actively participate in the development and expansion of medium and low voltage networks.

Regulatory aspects: Coordinate and carry out all authorization and compliance procedures related to projects.

Desired profileExperience: A minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in managing energy infrastructure projects.

Education: Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, renewable energies, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.

Technical skills

• Strong affinity for technology and IT tools (proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems).
• Project management: Proven ability to effectively coordinate complex projects, meet strict deadlines, and manage the expectations of all stakeholders.
