We are hiring for a BY WMS Service Delivery Manager with our client for a 6+ month contract opportunity in Plano, TX.

Position: BY WMS Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Client: Cognizant / PepsiCo

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day service delivery, availability, performance, and stability of the Blue Yonder WMS environment.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs while overseeing production support and warehouse operations.
• Lead incident, problem, and escalation management, including root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational pain points and implementing standard Blue Yonder WMS enhancements and configuration changes.
• Manage change, release, and deployment activities while supporting system upgrades and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor WMS analysts, super users, and technical support teams, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and governance processes.
• Track service metrics, prepare operational reports, and participate in service review meetings with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS, including Dispatcher.
• Service Delivery Management and Production Support experience.
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Project/Program Management with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and customer management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes.
• Experience with BY Transportation Management (TMS) is a strong plus.
• ITIL certification or PMP certification is preferred.
