Team Overview

You'll join the Activation Team, the client-facing function responsible for campaign delivery, digital strategy, and business growth.

The team partners closely with clients to develop media strategies, drive campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Success comes from combining technical expertise with strong commercial thinking and collaborative teamwork.

Role Overview

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you'll lead strategic client relationships while overseeing campaign planning, activation, optimisation, and operational excellence across multiple paid media platforms.

This role blends leadership with execution. You'll guide campaign teams, mentor junior colleagues, collaborate across departments, and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across key regional accounts
• Drive campaign planning, forecasting, execution, optimisation, pacing, and quality assurance
• Develop strategic media recommendations and quarterly business reviews
• Deliver performance insights across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, Retail Media, and Audio
• Build strong relationships with media and technology partners
• Collaborate closely with Analytics, Creative, Media, and Client Services teams
• Mentor Campaign Managers, Digital Marketing Analysts, and junior team members
• Improve operational processes, documentation, and quality standards
• Support broader business initiatives and identify growth opportunities for client accounts

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital media and campaign management
• Strong experience across multiple paid media channels, including Programmatic, Display, Video, Paid Social, Paid Search, Retail Media, or Audio
• Experience managing enterprise or large-scale client accounts
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
• Excellent troubleshooting, optimisation, QA, and performance analysis skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working across cross-functional and regional teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience using major advertising platforms and reporting tools
• Agency, in-house, or hybrid digital marketing experience is highly regarded
