About the Role

This is a hands-on HR Generalist role where Recruitment is the primary focus, contributing approximately 50% of the overall KPI. You will lead hiring efforts across operational sites while managing day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational positions, with occasional back-office hiring
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to maximise direct hiring and internal recruitment
• Manage recruitment costs and engage recruitment agencies only when necessary
• Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting

HR Operations

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions independently
• Monitor work pass quotas and regulatory requirements

Employee Relations

• Partner with managers to resolve employee relations matters
• Handle absenteeism, disciplinary cases, misconduct, and employee grievances
• Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
• Provide practical HR advice to operational stakeholders
