About the Role

As a trusted partner to leaders and team members, you will play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life while supporting the day-to-day needs of our business. Working closely with our manufacturing and operations teams, you will help foster a workplace culture that is safe, engaged, high-performing, and aligned to our values.

What you will do

Implement APAC policies and processes, championing best practice and supporting a high-performance culture across the business.
Lead recruitment and onboarding activities across our New Zealand operations, delivering a positive candidate and team member experience.
Support performance, development, and capability-building initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.
Partner with leaders to strengthen team member engagement, build capability, and support effective people management practices.
Support Health & Safety programs and risk management processes, promoting a strong safety-first culture across all locations.
Deliver reporting and insights across recruitment, Health & Safety, and people metrics to support informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation, Health & Safety requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

About You

You are a proactive and relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, influencing positive outcomes, and making a genuine difference to the team member experience.

You will bring:5+ years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist role.

Strong knowledge of New Zealand Employment Relations legislation and workplace practices.

Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, food production, or similar environments.

Confidence working with frontline teams, people leaders, and senior stakeholders.

Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience facilitating training, workshops, and development programs.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
