Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business objectives. This individual will partner with business and technology teams to drive execution, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized project leader with experience managing enterprise initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving accountability across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
• Partner with leadership to communicate project health, timelines, and key decisions.
• Support resource planning and coordinate project activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Drive accountability by tracking action items, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Lead project closeout activities, including documentation and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional business and technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
