Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology-focused initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, managing project timelines, facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Experience supporting EDI-related projects is highly preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with IT teams, managing system implementations or enhancements, and utilizing SAP and ticketing platforms within a project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, analysts, infrastructure, and support personnel, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Support system enhancement, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with teams utilizing SAP and enterprise ticketing systems to manage requests and project workflows.
• Collaborate with EDI teams and business partners on data exchange, integration, or process-related initiatives when applicable.
• Ensure project documentation, requirements, and change management activities are completed and maintained.
• Identify and proactively resolve project issues and roadblocks.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience using SAP in a project, support, or implementation environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) projects, integrations, or coordination efforts.
• Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or enterprise systems environments.PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
• Experience with system integrations and business process improvement initiatives.
