We are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation programme.

This role will focus on delivering a new strategic solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme

Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams

Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design

Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms

Support application onboarding and access governance activities

Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting

Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery

Desired Skills

Experience delivering IGA solutions such as

One

SailPoint

Saviynt

Strong Project or Programme Management experience

Experience managing large-scale technology programmes

Strong stakeholder management skills

Understanding of and access management principles

Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent qualifications

Desirable

Experience with One Manager

Retail or Financial Services experience

Knowledge of cloud platforms and security environments
