In this role, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will provide critical support and enhancement for STAR operations and applications across all districts and the Board of Governors. The analyst will ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction through high-quality customer service, technical expertise, and pro-active system monitoring. The position includes shift work in a dynamic, 24x7 help desk environment.
Must have experience in both on-premises and cloud-based applications, particularly with AWS services. This role requires the ability to handle a rotational shift schedule within specified hours and a proven track record in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
