.Position Overvie

wThe Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary technical and functional expert for the organization's Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System. This role partners closely with Operations, IT leadership, infrastructure, security, and third-party vendors to support production operations, deliver new functionality, improve warehouse processes, and prepare the environment for future cloud initiatives

esBlue Yonder WMS Administration & Developme

• ntConfigure, enhance, and support Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management Syste
• m.Translate operational business requirements into scalable system solution
• s.Lead system configuration across receiving, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, labor management, task management, and RF workflow
• s.Evaluate enhancement requests while recommending configuration versus customization best practice
• s.Support future cloud/SaaS initiatives and system modernization effort

s.User Support & Production Suppo

• rtProvide Tier III functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS user
• s.Troubleshoot application issues involving warehouse operations, integrations, RF devices, printers, scanners, and system performanc
• e.Analyze production issues, logs, database activity, interfaces, and application error
• s.Develop support documentation, knowledge articles, and user training material
• s.Partner with business users to improve adoption and operational efficienc
