The Department of Economic Security, Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst Intermediate for the Family Assistance Administration (FAA) Systems team.
Under minimal supervision, performs the most complex tasks to support the division by performing data analysis, data mining, design, development, testing activities, and execution of Ad-hoc and Standard reports to achieve strategic objectives and goals.
Serves on projects and/or pilots to develop and/or provide input for requirements, provide technical guidance for design or enhancements to system/reports, and develop Work Plans, schedule, monitor, etc. to ensure successful and timely completion.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program after a 27-week waiting period. The ASRS defined benefit plan provides for life-long income upon retirement.
You will also have the option to participate in a voluntary deferred compensation program to take advantage of tax-deferred retirement investments.
