Date of Opening: 04/24/2024Date of Closing: 05/24/2024Seeking qualified Business Analyst with Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in IT or Bioinformatics along with 60 months of work experience to Design, develop and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards to provide trends and insights on various people metrics like attendance, attrition, VET/VTO, headcount, gearing ratios using large datasets from AWS Redshift, Amazon Aurora and PostgreSQL Cluster.

Comparing newly launch site people metrics vs legacy sites. Responsible for Cross functional teams and leaders to improve project intake system and use agilemethodologies and participate in scrums. Responsible for both maintenance and testing as and when required and responsible for gathering Business Requirements.

Occasional travel to unanticipated client-site locations within USA may be required as a roving employee.
