Remote Senior Content Technical Accountant

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a subject matter expert in technical accounting related to content licensing agreements.

Key responsibilities include: analyzing complex contracts, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Data, and Product teams to ensure accurate royalty and financial reporting, drafting technical memos, supporting month-end and quarter-end closes, and driving process improvements through automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent), 3+ years of relevant experience (Big Four preferred), deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards, especially in revenue and licensing, with experience in contract review and research.

Skills

Excellent communication, attention to detail, proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with automation tools. Industry experience in media, entertainment, or tech is a plus.
