THE JOB

Joining our firm means being part of a collaborative team that values creativity, resilience, and the drive to push the world forward. We are seeking to add a key member of our Finance team. The Senior Fund Accountant or Accounting Manager (DOE) will work closely with our finance team, as well as the investment and operations teams within the firm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and track investments and investor fund allocations
• Perform quarterly close, prepare quarterly and annual fund and management company financial statements
• Own the audited annual reports and interact and coordinate with external auditors
• Interact directly with the investment team in assisting with portfolio company valuations
• Advance the firm’s AI initiatives through creative and thoughtful team implementation
• Assist with accounting and tax work for fund investments
• Assess capital needs and uses and monitor cash balances
• Assist all aspects of cash management including capita calls and cash, stock and token distributions
• Liaise with fund investors regarding financial information requests
• Fulfill a variety of ad hoc projects to support the Controller, CFO, Administrative Partner, and General Partners

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s Degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in PE/VC or fund administrative services with focus on investment partnerships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general accounting software packages. Specific experience with Efront and Investment Café is a plus.
