Role Description The Business Development and Sales Intern (EduTech) is a part-time, remote role based in India. The intern will support the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, generating leads, and assisting with outreach to educational institutions and training partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales materials, coordinating calls and meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with senior team members to refine sales strategies, respond to customer inquiries, and help build long-term relationships.

The intern will also track performance metrics, gather feedback from clients, and contribute ideas to improve NoobSync’s edu tech offerings.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to evaluate edu tech opportunities and sales performance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and support client needs.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and an interest in business development to help grow the edu tech customer base.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in education technology, AI-driven solutions, and technology services; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an asset.
