HR Manager

Barden is delighted to be exclusively supporting our client, a growing advanced manufacturing business based in North Cork, in their search for a proactive HR Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant autonomy and the chance to shape HR across the business. There will be occasional travel to another site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• You will take ownership of the full HR function, combining operational expertise with strategic business partnering.
• You will manage the full HR cycle while troubleshooting issues independently and escalating where needed.

• Experience in manufacturing or similar operational environment is desirable but not essential
• Confident managing the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to troubleshoot issues independently
