Technical Administrator (Supply Chain & Digital Transformation - 24 months contract)

The Technical Administrator will provide administrative, data, and system coordination support for multiple supply chain and digital transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing routine administrative and technical coordination tasks across projects, enabling project leads to focus on strategic analysis, system design, and execution quality.

This role supports cross functional programs including AI initiatives, supply chain analytics, system implementation e.g. dashboards, cost roll ups, and supplier/system onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

Project & Administrative Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support for projects, including:
• AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Supply chain analytics and dashboard development.
• Enterprise system implementation activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and working sessions across stakeholders.
• Track action items, follow ups, and deliverables across projects.

Data Management & Validation

• Perform data input, consolidation, data clean up, and basic validation for:
• Supply chain dashboards
• Cost roll-up activities
• Product cost updates and CR tracking
• Support periodic data reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain structured tracking files, reports, and repositories (e.g. SharePoint, dashboards, spreadsheets).

System & Tool Administrative Support

• Support system-related administrative tasks, including:
• Supplier account setup and maintenance
• User access coordination and follow-ups
• Basic system readiness checks and issue tracking
• Coordinate with IT teams on system access, setup, and troubleshooting follow-ups.
• Maintain system documentation such as user lists, access status, and issue logs.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a coordination point between Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and external suppliers for administrative and system related matters.
• Support supplier onboarding and readiness tracking from a documentation and process standpoint.
• Follow up on open items to ensure timely closure.

Process & Documentation Support

• Maintain organized documentation for projects, reports, and system activities.
• Support standardization of templates, trackers, and reporting formats.
• Assist in preparing materials for reviews, audits, or management updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or technical support role.
• Experience supporting cross functional or system related projects is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
• Good skillsets on programming and analysis is desired.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and basic dashboards.
• Ability to support system related administrative tasks (access setup, user lists, issue tracking).
• Familiarity with supply chain processes or ERP / planning systems is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, project driven environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
