Sales Manager – Exhibitions / M.I.C.E.

Our client is a global, award-winning international convention and exhibition space in Singapore. Renowned for hosting prestigious, large-scale international conferences and exhibitions, they deliver seamless, end-to-end event experiences driven by advanced technology and elite hospitality. They are currently seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Sales Manager to join their commercial team.

They are open to candidates from across Asia and will provide work visa sponsorship for roles based in Singapore.

As a Sales Manager, you will drive top-line revenue growth by securing new business and managing high-value client accounts within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. You will position this premier venue as the preferred choice for local and international events through tailored commercial solutions and strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• As a Hunter, you will Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and large-scale event accounts within the regional and international MICE market.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
• Promote and upsell the venue’s full suite of integrated services, including flexible space configurations, premium in-house F&B/catering, and advanced event technology solutions.

Client Relationship Management

• Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and professional event organizers.
• Lead comprehensive venue site visits, deliver compelling sales presentations, and engineer custom proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms in line with company policies.

Event Support & Coordination

• Support clients seamlessly from initial enquiry and discovery through to contract signing and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with internal operations, catering, and technical teams to ensure flawless event execution on-site.
• Coordinate with external vendors where required to meet complex client demands.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant B2B sales experience within the MICE industry, convention centres, major exhibition organizers, or premium hospitality groups
• Proven success in achieving commercial sales targets
• Proficiency in English & additional Asian languages, Mandarin is an advantage
• Exceptional communication, corporate presentation, and client-facing negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
