Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Wealth Management domain to support digital transformation and enterprise application initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions that enhance wealth management operations, client servicing, and investment advisory platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, financial advisors, portfolio managers, compliance teams, and product owners to understand and document business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
• Conduct current-state and future-state analysis to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirement review meetings.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Daily Stand-ups.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off.
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with production deployments, post-production support, and change management activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application projects.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Workflow Diagrams, Process Maps, and Functional Specifications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
