Head of Marketing, B2B SaaS

We are partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS technology company to appoint a Head of Marketing as part of an exciting regional growth phase. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, leading demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue performance while building a high-impact in-house marketing function.

This is a commercially driven leadership role for someone who thrives on scaling growth and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the company's marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS lead generation.

Leading a growing marketing team, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue, while optimising campaigns, paid marketing, and go-to-market initiatives that support the company's next stage of growth.

Ideal candidates must be seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS demand generation and owning revenue or pipeline targets. You should have experience leading high-performing marketing teams, be highly commercial and data-driven, and ideally bring exposure to paid acquisition, client acquisition, or growth marketing within SaaS, technology, internet, or digital platform businesses.
