About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious British education group launching a new premium international school in Singapore. As part of its founding team, this is a rare opportunity to help build the people, culture and employee experience that will shape the school for years to come.

We are looking for a warm, proactive and people-focused HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting leaders and creating an exceptional workplace where educators and professionals can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with school leaders to provide trusted HR advice across academic and corporate teams.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and offboarding.
• Coordinate Employment Pass applications, relocation and onboarding for international employees.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and people programmes that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and enhance HR policies, processes and best practices to support a growing organisation.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation and internal policies.
• Work closely with external partners on payroll, benefits, insurance and immigration matters.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Around 5–8 years of HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting expatriate employees, including Employment Pass administration and relocation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Experience within education, hospitality or other customer-focused organisations will be an advantage.
