Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead warehousing, logistics, inventory and procurement operations.

2. Develop and implement best-in-class warehouse, purchasing and logistics processes from the ground up.

3. Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, procurement cost optimization and Buy-to-Consumed Ratio performance.

4. Establish KPIs, performance dashboards and data-driven reporting.

5. Ensure compliance with NEA, SCDF and relevant government regulations, including licence applications and renewals.

6. Manage internal and external audits while strengthening operational governance and controls.

7. Leverage WMS, SAP and VMS to improve operational efficiency and visibility.

8. Build strong supplier and customer relationships while supporting warehousing and logistics business development opportunities.

9. Lead and develop the warehouse and procurement team, fostering a culture of integrity, discipline, safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in warehousing, logistics and procurement within the construction or engineering industry.

3. Hands-on experience implementing warehouse and procurement processes from the ground up.

4. Proficient in WMS, SAP and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

5. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics reporting and procurement best practices.

6. Familiar with Singapore warehouse regulatory requirements, including NEA and SCDF.

7. Strong analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
