We are looking for a professional Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and provide excellent support to visitors and staff. | Key Responsibilities | Greet and attend guests politely and professionally | Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English | Prepare and draft letters, emails, and documents in Arabic ( whenever required ) | Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations | Maintain office hygiene standards and ensure the reception area is presentable | Support management with basic clerical duties as required | Requirements | Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good English communication | Previous experience as a receptionist or admin (preferred) | Strong organizational and multitasking skills | Professional appearance, polite attitude, and customer‑service mindset | Ability to handle confidential information responsibly | Benefits | 5 days week | Competitive salary | Company visa | Health insurance | Professional work environment | Growth and development opportunities
