• Top Consulting has partnered with a leading global fintech organization that develops secure digital platforms for online investing, trading, and financial market access.

Due to global expansion, the team are currently hiring for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner who can support the growth across multiple county entities.** It is worth noting that this position is not all about hiring for Sales & Marketing positions. A huge emphasis is on the strategic side which you will need to provide clear examples to the Head of Talent & CEO**Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be:

Understanding why it makes sense to expand and hire in certain regions.

Mapping out the strategic hires and growth plansManaging stakeholders’ expectations where they are looking to launch new products internationally.

Support on hiring requirements, with a primary focus across Sales & Marketing.

Using your commercial mindset to spot new market growth opportunitiesEssential skills – The non-negotiables:

• At least 5 years coming from an FX/CFD background
• Can provide clear structured examples of where you have implemented strategic value
• Experience of C-Level stakeholder management
• Involved working in international expansions
