Urgent Job - Personal Assistant (PA) - 15,000-18,000 AED - Dubai based - European Business

The RIG is looking to hire a Personal Assistant for one of its exclusive clients.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate travel, handle confidential information, and ensure the executive's day-to-day activities run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Organise business and personal appointments.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on behalf of the executive.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and business functions.
• Manage office filing systems and documentation.
• Assist with expense management and petty cash reconciliation.
• Conduct research and prepare briefing documents.
• Support project coordination and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Manage personal errands when required, including household administration, bookings, and lifestyle management.
