The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven?Project Manager?to join the?Project Management Office (PMO)?within Tundra’s?Operations?department.? This role will work on delivery of data transformation, reporting, and AI-driven initiatives. This is a great opportunity to get close to cutting AI initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and development-focused initiatives (data transformation, reporting, AI)
• Drive alignment across business stakeholders, operations, AI & Innovation and analytics teams
• Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans with technical teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Establish strong project governance, reporting cadence, and executive updates
• Support delivery of AI-enabled initiatives and identify opportunities to drive automation and insight
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value (visibility, efficiency, insights)

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• You have proven experience delivering data transformation or reporting projects.
• You have exposure to advanced analytics initiatives.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and can drive alignment and influence decisions.
• You are comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and outcome-focused.
• You hold a PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).
• You bring a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
