The Opportunity

We are seeking a capable Senior Business Analyst for a permanent position within the digital delivery team of a large-scale enterprise organisation.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding the implementation of strategic digital initiatives that align with the organisation's wider goals. This role requires a senior professional who can reliably take ownership of complex projects, facilitating seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements for high-priority projects, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Map current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing fit-for-purpose methodologies.
• Guide Agile practices to ensure the successful delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Act as a conduit between business and technical domains, collaborating with key leaders and supporting change management initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.
• Skills And Experience

Required

Senior-level Business Analysis experience, with a proven track record of supporting improvement initiatives across large, cross-functional teams.

Advanced knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, with the ability to support enterprise-level projects.

Commercial experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM environments is highly advantageous.

An IIBA Certification is mandatory; Agile certifications (e.g., AgileBA, ICAgile) are highly preferred.

Solid working knowledge of enterprise tools, including Asana, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and the broader MS Office Suite.

Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
