About the Role

Are you a data-driven digital marketer who knows how to blend compelling content with performance metrics? We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead regional campaign adaptation and drive impactful creator/influencer initiatives across our flagship digital creativity and productivity software suites.

In this role, you will bridge global strategy with regional execution—transforming high-level campaign blueprints into culturally relevant digital experiences that captivate audiences across ANZ, SEA, and broader APAC markets. You will champion our local influencer strategy, optimize multi-channel user journeys, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate active user growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale strategic creator programs to generate authentic, localized user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with regional subcultures.
• Collaborate with performance media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and PR teams to review, tailor, and deploy compelling assets across all web and social touchpoints.
• Audit corporate campaign messaging to ensure maximum cultural alignment within APAC markets, spearheading the recreation of assets when necessary.
• Continuous monitoring of digital campaign metrics; review existing localized web landscapes to refine content quality and maximize online store conversion rates.
• Direct local creative and media agencies to produce high-impact assets while delivering market intelligence and performance analytics back to global leadership.

Who We Are

Looking ForBachelor’s Degree or equivalentA minimum of 5 years executing hands-on digital marketing campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on social-first strategies and demand generation.

Proven track record in digital content production, UGC workflows, and performance media optimization.

Deep familiarity with APAC market trends. Bilingual proficiency in a Southeast Asian language (such as Mandarin, Indonesian, or Thai) to manage regional localization is an advantage.A solid foundational understanding of mainstream creative and design applications (general familiarity with digital editing/creativity suites).
