The Opportunity

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, helping businesses hire exceptional talent while building your own network and reputation.

Your responsibilities will include

• Identifying and attracting high-quality candidates
• Building relationships with clients and generating new business
• Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
• Interviewing candidates and preparing them for opportunities
• Managing offers, negotiations, and successful placements
• Working towards targets while earning uncapped commission
