National Account Manager

National Account Manager opportunity with autonomy, strong bonus and a chance to shape growth across Ireland’s food sectorWe are working with a well-established international business in the frozen food sector to appoint a National Account Manager.

This is a commercially focused role offering the opportunity to grow key accounts and shape market presence within a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a national customer portfolio, working closely with internal teams to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships and expand market share.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic account development with hands-on commercial delivery and wants real impact on growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across existing and new customers in Ireland
• Build and develop long-term relationships with key wholesale, manufacturing and national accounts
• Manage pricing, proposals and product positioning within frozen food categories
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics and operations teams
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities across the Irish market
• Represent the business in customer meetings and across your territory

About You

We are interested in speaking with people who:

• Have food industry experience within Ireland
• Bring strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Enjoy building and growing customer relationships
• Are comfortable working independently in a home-based role
• Are able and willing to travel nationally regularly
• Hold a full driving licence and have full rights to work in Ireland
