Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a front-facing hotel role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Opera PMS (Property Management System) and standard Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Execute seamless check-in and check-out processes, verify billing details, and issue secure room access keys.
• Problem Resolution: Actively listen to guest complaints, provide immediate solutions, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction recovery.
• Loyalty Promotion: Actively promote and enroll guests into the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program to meet monthly department targets.
