Front Office Manager - Luxury & Full-Service Portfolio

Hilton, a globally recognized leader in hospitality, is seeking a highly polished and operationally agile Front Office Manager to join our premium property portfolio in Dubai.

As a core leader of the guest arrival experience, you will serve as the ultimate brand ambassador, responsible for orchestrating seamless check-ins, anticipating the needs of VIP clients and corporate delegations, managing Front Office coordination, and resolving complex guest relations issues to maintain the highest standards of Hilton's renowned hospitality.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven, high-performance experience in Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment, is strictly required.
• Mastery of hotel property management systems (PMS), specifically Hilton's OnQ or Opera, is mandatory.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, crisis management skills, and strict adherence to global brand standards are essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, German, or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires exceptional physical stamina for extended periods of standing, lobby management, and overseeing high-pressure operational shifts (including weekends, night audits, and holidays). Candidates must pass standard corporate background checks, possess a flawless professional track record, and obtain standard UAE employment and hospitality clearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations, VIP arrivals, and group departures to ensure a frictionless guest experience; manage, train, and schedule the Front Office and Guest Relations teams to elevate service scores (SALT); handle and immediately resolve critical guest complaints to protect brand reputation; collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room readiness; and maximize hotel revenue through targeted upselling programs at the desk.
