What you'll do

As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you will be at the heart of the client experience for individuals investing in precious metals.

Your day-to-day activities will involve guiding customers through their purchase decisions over the phone, managing orders with precision on digital platforms, handling inventory reservations diligently, applying regulatory checks during onboarding, and collaborating seamlessly with operations teams to ensure flawless delivery.

You will

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and enquiries regarding precious metals products, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and attention.
• Guide prospective buyers through the entire purchasing process by nurturing warm leads, answering questions, and facilitating high-value transactions in a service-led manner.
• Accurately process orders using the company's digital platforms and related systems, maintaining meticulous records throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage stock reservations efficiently by tracking inventory levels, following up with customers who have reserved items but not yet completed payment, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
• Support clients through payment procedures by understanding payment systems, resolving issues, and providing clear guidance as needed.
• Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures during onboarding and order processing in accordance with company policy and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients so they feel informed, reassured, and confident when making high-value purchases or returning for future transactions.
• Handle after-sales queries efficiently by providing timely follow-ups, updating customer records accurately, and ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to coordinate seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
• Contribute positively to the team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

You will have

• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is highly desirable.

• Confidence using software platforms for order management or e-commerce systems; previous experience is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.

• Experience guiding high-value transactions through completion using a consultative, service-oriented approach.
• The ability to support customers with payment-related queries and digital payment systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail when applying KYC/AML procedures and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with both clients and colleagues.
