Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, or similar field
• 2–3+ years supporting technical, research, data, or computing environments
• Experience coordinating technical projects and interacting directly with users/stakeholders
• Familiarity with:
• Linux environments
• HPC (High Performance Computing)
• Research computing platforms
• Cloud-based research environments
• Strong documentation, communication, and organization skills
• Experience tracking project timelines, risks, status reports, and deliverables

Research Consulting

• Work directly with researchers and research groups
• Understand computing and data requirements
• Recommend secure research computing solutions
• Coordinate implementation with technical teams and vendors

Compliance & Secure Computing

• Help researchers work within secure computing environments
• Coordinate activities related to protected or regulated data
• Support adoption of secure research platforms
