Project management We’re Hiring: Project Manager — Remote, United StatesChar Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across marketing, eCommerce, retail, creative, and operations.

Char Cosmetics is an Asian-Australian beauty brand growing across international retail and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, coordinate contributors across multiple time zones, and ensure projects move from planning through successful delivery.

What you’ll do:* Lead projects from initial planning through execution, delivery, and handover* Build and manage project timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies* Coordinate internal teams, contractors, agencies, vendors, and external partners* Track deliverables and proactively identify delays, risks, or missing information* Facilitate clear communication across departments and time zones* Translate broad goals into organised and actionable project plans* Maintain project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions* Support simultaneous initiatives across marketing, product launches, retail, eCommerce, and operations* Help improve internal workflows and project management systems as the company growsYou may be a great fit if you:* Have demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish* Are highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities* Communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders* Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment* Can identify potential roadblocks before they affect delivery* Have experience using project management and collaboration platforms* Are comfortable working independently while maintaining strong team communicationExperience within beauty, consumer products, retail, eCommerce, marketing, creative production, or an agency environment is highly valued.
