About Your New JobAs the Program Manager, you will drive a high-profile, multiyear automation program composed of medium-to-high complexity projects in a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment.
You will coordinate multiple Project Managers to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery, reporting directly to senior stakeholders.
Your role includes overseeing project execution, preparing and submitting Capital Funding Requests, and managing regular progress reporting, risk analysis, and schedule validation using MS Project.
You will ensure program management best practices and governance are always in place for optimum program delivery.
What Skills You NeedMinimum 10+ years’ experience managing medium-to-high complexity programs with significant, multiyear budgets—ideally within manufacturing or MedTech.
Demonstrated success leading automation initiatives and coordinating multiple Project Managers.
Strong governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination experience in GMP-regulated/CAPEX automation projects.
Proven proficiency in Capital Funding Requests and MS Project (schedule validation and analysis).
Experience in Equipment Install and Validate IQ, OQ, PQ within a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred.
