About the Role

Join a team driving an enterprise-wide AI strategy to expand Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the business. This role leads Agile delivery, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures successful execution of technology initiatives using hybrid project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and guide cross-functional teams through project delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, success criteria, and maintain hybrid project plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
• Support portfolio governance through structured reporting and disciplined project execution.
• Guide teams through evolving AI governance and change management requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
• Experience managing AI or technology projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from project initiation through delivery.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and system integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)

• Estimated hourly range: $70–$75/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
