About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master to support an enterprise-wide AI initiative focused on expanding machine learning and AI capabilities across the business. This role will lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and help drive successful delivery using a hybrid Agile methodology.

The ideal candidate has experience leading complex technology initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

Lead Agile ceremonies including

• Sprint Planning
• Daily Standups
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives

Remove impediments impacting delivery

Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams

Project & Portfolio Management

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Develop hybrid project plans incorporating Agile sprints and traditional milestones
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource planning
• Support portfolio governance and executive reporting

Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams
• Maintain communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Support organizational change management related to AI initiatives

AI & Technology Initiatives

• Support enterprise AI and Machine Learning programs
• Collaborate with software development and technical teams
• Translate governance requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Help ensure scalable and compliant technology solutions

Qualifications

Required

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience leading Agile software development projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong project planning and delivery experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• AI or Machine Learning project experience
• Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry experience
• Hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery experience
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Change management experience

Compensation

• $70–75/hr W2
• Duration: 6+ Months
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
• Location: Waltham, MA
