About the Team | Manager

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, this role reports directly to the regional General Manager. You will champion the therapeutic strategy for the Vietnam Business Unit, collaborating closely with a local team.

About the Job

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the attainment of sales objectives by maximizing the effectiveness, skills, and productivity of the field sales team.

This is a highly collaborative, people-focused leadership role divided into three key strategic focuses: conducting regularly scheduled field visits to coach, motivate, and appraise the team; analyzing complex sales data to interpret market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize territory targets; and managing cross-functional initiatives while overseeing marketing budgets, inventory forecasting, and critical scientific training plans.

Additionally, you will drive brand development within the ethical space, formulate market penetration tactics, and leverage clinical insights to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with therapeutic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical specialists.

Skills and Experience Required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or a related discipline, an advanced degree is advantageous.

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience within Ophthalmology or Dermatology
• Proven track record of engaging with medical specialists and KOLs within the ethical space

Core Competencies

• Strong capability in designing and delivering scientific product training for field teams and channel distributors.
• Highly collaborative mindset to align with regional leadership and manage cross-functional touchpoints across Sales, RA, and supply chain.
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the agility to manage an end-to-end country portfolio.
