Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital integration.
• Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, process maps (UML/BPMN), and system requirement specifications.
• Gap Analysis: Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution by conducting feasibility studies and gap analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT development team, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
• Testing & QA Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate bug tracking.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment, preferably within the Finance or Technology sector.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
