Responsibilities

• Support accounting for a newly launched fund and related investment entities
• Prepare quarterly and annual fund closes and financial statements
• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Review valuations, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Maintain reconciliations, journal entries, and cash activity
• Prepare investor reporting and support regulatory filings
• Help drive automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with senior finance leadership on cross-functional projects
